The connection is made by inserting a wire into 1 of the holes in the ABS-platic plate. For example, a connection is made thanks to the metal strips present in the sign.
These strips provide such an easy connection that any subsequent components can easily be added.
The rows and columns on the breadboard are lettered and numbered and the polarity of the strips is marked on the power rails.
