Step down converter with adjustable current and voltage capability

These step down converters are extremely suitable as a driver for High Power LEDs, and for charging batteries such as Li-Ion and Ni-Mh. The module has a high input voltage range of up to 32 volts and works using the Step Down principle or Buck Converter


The current and voltage are adjustable by means of 2 Trimmers, a 3rd is for adjusting intervals

The specifications of this module are as follows

Working voltage: 5 to 35V
Maximum Power: 3A
Output Voltage: Continuously adjustable from 1.25V to 30V

 

Dropout voltage: 1.5V, there must be 1.5 volt difference between the Input and Output

Constant charge current indicator LED, charge indicator LED, very fine and infinitely adjustable

Dimensions: 48mm (L) X 24mm (W) X 11.4mm(H), potentiometer not included (With potentiometers: height 13 mm).
Module shape: Non isolated step-down constant current. Constant voltage module (CC CV). Charge or Drive module.

Application Usage: Constant LED Power Source Driver, Lithium Battery Charger (including ferroelectric), 4V, 6V, 12V, 14V, 24V Battery Charger, NiCd and NiMH Batteries, Can be used as a controller for solar panels and wind generators.

Adjustable mode: Connect the module (7-35V), measure the voltage at the output (use a multimeter) and adjust the potentiometers ( Clockwise Boost or Step Up, Counterclockwise Buck or Step Down).

Maximum output power: 3A, (When purchasing more than 15 watts, a heat sink is recommended.).

Efficiency: 92% (maximum 92% (The higher the voltage, the higher the efficiency)

Output Ripple: 20M bandwidth (for reference only)

Working temperature: industrial grade (-40 ℃ to +85 ℃) (when the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees, use should be reduced, or improved heat dissipation should be provided
